1. Start
by holding the knife in one hand and the disk in the other. Insert
the knife into the center hole. DO NOT try to insert the knife while
the disk is down next to the photo.
2. Check
to see that the blade is coming out from the bottom of the disk.
3. While
holding the knife and the disk together, place the disk next to
the photo so the photo rests within the groove.
4. Keep
the knife straight up and down, holding it close to the bottom.
Use a steady, firm grip. Glide the disk along the edge of the photo.
It is easier to pull the knife toward you than to push it away.
When coming to a corner, hold the knife and disk still, then turn
the project with your other hand.
5. You
can always insert a pen or pencil (instead of a knife) to draw a
line around the photo and then cut with scissors or a paper trimmer.
The new grooved design will prevent the disk from slipping onto
the photo while you are tracing.
